After commencing my professional development journey at The Sustainable Photography Conference, Falmouth University, Cornwall. An event that involved 4 days of sharing knowledge with artists and academics at the forefront of sustainable practices related to photography. I journeyed on to France to reflect on the fresh ideas and inspiration I had gained.
Transiting through London, Paris and down to Brazza Art Residency, which is located in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente, a small town in the Cognac region of South-West France. It is a small rural town by a river with a gentle atmosphere.
I took time to enhance my practical knowledge in the professional dark room of David Pisani
During my time at Brazza I also spent the long summer days processing the information and knowledge gained at the conference while also discovering the surrounds. Evolving new thematic ideas and photographic experiments with the river, water and time.
